The Sealcentre has a lot of oppertunities for volunteers and interns on various departments; we can offer internships and volunteering positions in the sealcare department, the veterinary and science departments or with our education team. Due to the kind of work we do here, we are a rescue centre and hospital, there can be some heavy times, both emotionally and physically. But, we hope that with the right attitude and professionalism it would be a rewarding and satisfying experience to help those seals in need. Does this appeal to you? new Openings for volunteers

We are looking for some hardworking volunteers/interns for our Seal Care department in the upcoming period. We are looking for those persons with a desire to assist our experienced seal nurses with the day to day care and rehabilitation of the sick/injured seals patients we could have. During this period we could expect orphaned Grey seal pups, parasitic pneumonia patients and possibly trauma patients (wounds, eye problems, broken bones...) as the main cause of stranding. In addition we also have exciting opportunities in our educational team and marketing & communication department.
